Marelli, a manufacturer of systems and components for the automotive industry, is looking for a place to install its new plant in Mexico.

Marelli is looking for a place to settle and held meetings with representatives of the Aguascalientes government.

Bharat Vennapapusa, CEO of the Thermal Systems Business Unit and global executive vice president of Marelli, held a meeting with representatives of the government of this state to thank and let them know the benefits that the company has had by being in this region.

It should be noted that this company installed its corporate offices and Customer Service Center in Aguascalientes, located in Parque Tres Centurias.

As of today, the Italian company has around 3,400 workers, who focus on the development of new technologies, systems and components for the automotive industry.

According to Solili, of the markets in the Bajío area, Aguascalientes could be considered as one of those that reports the least movement in each period.

At the end of the first quarter of 2021, the inventory of this market grew by just over 3,000 square meters, rental prices had a very slight decrease of 7 cents compared to 4Q 2020 and vacancies decreased by 1.3 percentage points.
