Luxury and connectivity the differentiators of Mítikah
El Economista | June 20, 2022 |

One quarter after its inauguration, the Mítikah real estate project registered a total investment of 22,500 million pesos accumulated in more than a decade of development.

Thus, the co-investment project between the Helios Fund and Fibra Uno, which was integrated into it in 2016, includes an office tower, a housing tower and a hospital, which are already in operation, a shopping center that has already been completed, and a hotel under development.

The entire development includes a 120,000-square-meter shopping center, already 95% occupied, along with two residential towers, office buildings, a hospital, an office tower and, in the future, a large hotel, the largest mixed-use complex in the country, said the deputy director of marketing Carlos Sigüenza.

The office and housing towers are already in commercialization and operation, while the San Ángel Inn hospital has been operating for seven years, so after the opening of the shopping center, only the completion of the hotel would remain pending.

Regarding the commercial area, Sigüenza highlighted that in addition to having two anchor stores such as Palacio de Hierro and Liverpool, which will have five and four floors, respectively, other brands such as Montblanc, Victoria's Secret, Hugo Boss, Berger, among others, they chose this location to settle.

According to the director, in the commercial area there are 280 stores, which at the time of opening will be occupied by 160 brands.

However, not only hosting prestigious brands will be the differential of this space, but for Sigüenza the location will be a key factor for the influx of up to 60 thousand visitors expected per day.

"This space will be a connection with the Coyoacán Metro, it also has a connection with the Metrobús, with the Ecobici, it is the way to the Cineteca Nacional, to the Cantoral", he explained.

"We have a bay for public transport, for the Metro and pedestrians can cross without problems."

Thus, by taking advantage of the crossroads between the Coyoacán and Benito Juárez municipalities, it seeks to offer, in addition to retail space, a meeting point.

With a cylindrical building to house some 500 homes and another 10-story tower for medical offices, the commercial space could not be less, since it will have 5 levels of commercial space, 120,000 square meters of gross leasable area and 280 stores.

One of the commitments of the Mítikah Ciudad Viva project is to combine in its commercial area the access and meeting points to the office towers, housing, hospital, parking, as well as social events organized from the retail segment.
