Industrial leases in the Guanajuato market reached 55,000 square meters by the end of the first month of the year, representing an 85% increase compared to the previous year.

Guanajuato led the demand in the Bajío region and positioned itself as one of the top markets nationally, second only to Monterrey, which had the highest demand for the month.
The leases were entirely driven by custom-built projects for US and Asian companies in the manufacturing and logistics sectors.
