Kiva Real Estate Group forsees an investment for the next year of 3 million pesos, for developing and administration of comercial, industrial and mixed use buildings, in the areas of Guadalajara, Querétaro and Guanajuato.

For 2017 they spent 650 million pesos in 10 developments in Guadalajara and for 2018, they are planning to inject with 1.2 million pesos in 5 more comercial and mixed projects in Queretaro Kiva's CEO, Jaime Flores said.
