Kampus Desarrollos aims at sustainability, efficiency and safety
Inmobiliare | September 05, 2022 |

Bruno Martínez, CEO of Alveo Kapital, shares that the firm with a wide presence in Jalisco is in the process of changing its name to Kampus Desarrollos, as reported in an interview for Inmobiliare.

The director considered that, although the initial philosophy of an alveo is associated with a river that has ramifications and you are, pass through places where life and development are generated, later they incorporated a broader idea about sustainability and social impact, as well as a search to unify the concept of "Kampus", so it was decided to migrate to the new name.

Kampus Desarrollos, shares the same values of Alveo Kapital, although it seeks a meeting point where new ideas and sustainable, efficient, safe projects are generated and with an impact on communities, so the name change means unifying the entire brand towards industrial parks who will share the same name, Martinez said.

Kampus Desarrollos is in the last steps to complete building 1 of the Santa Rosa Industrial Park, which was rented during the first quarter of the year. "At the same time, we began the construction of the other buildings that will house the park, which is closely linked to the success and income of the project," explained the manager.

The work has had very good results, because the market has been one of the most resilient, even in the pandemic. "That has helped us a lot so that our investors continue to have confidence in the development of the project and not hold back investment that could have a negative impact."

Currently, Kampus Industrial has a total area of 90 thousand square meters of profitable area (m2). The first property will have 40,000 m2 and around 24 million dollars were invested for this, other projects of 22,000 and 27,000 m2 will be joined, which will start construction simultaneously.

Likewise, the Mexican banking system complements financing, he said.

Work is underway on a second phase of the project, which foresees five buildings to begin development next year, with a total of 120,000 m2 of profitable area. With this, the park will grow depending on how the market is in Jalisco and, in general, throughout the country in the industrial area.
