Juriquilla registered an increase of 7,000 square meters in its inventory, driven by the addition of the Level Torre B development, a continuation of the Level Torre A project, which strengthens the area's presence as one of Querétaro's main corporate submarkets.
During this period of expansion in Queretaro, the Juriquilla submarket has established itself as one of the most dynamic hubs in the corporate market. In addition to adding new offerings and having developments under construction, the area is home to projects in the planning and pre-sales stages, including The Own, a large-scale complex that promotes architectural modernity and fosters the integration of high-level services in the city.
