One of the most recent investments is located in Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila, where the German company Waelzholz has begun construction of its first plant in the state within the Amistad Industrial Park. The project entails an investment of $65 million and the creation of 100 jobs; it will focus on producing cold-rolled steel for industries such as automotive, electric mobility, energy, and advanced manufacturing.

The "Economic Development Hubs for Well-being" (PODECOBI) strategy is also becoming part of this new phase of industrial expansion. In Zapotlán, Hidalgo, PODECOBI encompasses a portfolio of 130 projects valued at 147 billion pesos, with a projected 191,000 jobs. Within the complex, DEWA announced an investment of 10.106 billion pesos to develop 910 hectares of industrial infrastructure dedicated to advanced manufacturing, logistics, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.

These are just a few examples illustrating a market that is advancing at a slower pace but remains active. This new phase combines foreign investment, new industrial parks, and development hubs, while expanding its scope to include advanced manufacturing, technology, logistics, and specialized sectors.
