During October and November 2025, the Bajío region registered an industrial demand of 222,000 square meters, equivalent to a 30% increase compared to the same period in 2024.

During this two-month period, Querétaro accounted for 46% of the total demand in the Bajío region, followed by Guanajuato with 32%, San Luis Potosí with 18%, and Aguascalientes with the remaining 4%.

The Bajio region accounts for 25% of national industrial demand during the months of October and November, consolidating its position as one of the country's main industrial zones.
