Industrial leasing activity in the San Luis Potosí market reached 77,000 square meters at the end of the fourth quarter of 2025, doubling the figure recorded in the same period of the previous year.

The San Luis Potosí - Villa de Arriaga submarket continues to be the main epicenter of leasing activity in the market, concentrating half of all leases.
