Industrial warehouse inventory grows 5.3% in the second quarter of 2026

The national inventory of industrial warehouses reached 113.6 million square meters (m²) from April to June, representing a 5.3% year-over-year increase.

Monterrey remains the largest market in the country, exceeding 21.5 million m², with an increase of 1.8 million m² over the past year.

Furthermore, the geographic distribution of the industrial footprint across the country continues to strengthen and consolidate an increasingly institutional profile, attracting new participants interested in expanding their presence in Mexico.
