Querétaro is the data center of Mexico and several industries will take advantage of it to grow in digitization, in addition they will have to approach industries related to animation to promote a new technological and innovative era in design.

The state of Querétaro has been called the Silicon Valley of Latin America, since companies such as Microsoft, Scala, KIO Networks, IBM and Zoom, among others, have established themselves in the territory to develop their data centers.

This is due to the fact that the city is in a very strategic point in relation to the north, south and Bajío of Mexico, in addition the geographic area allows that the communication is not interrupted by natural causes.

On the other hand, in the industrial sector, Querétaro has the potential to develop clusters specialized in agribusiness, production of household appliances and pharmaceutical chemicals, according to a study carried out by the National Public Policy Laboratory (LNPP).

Currently, the state has a fairly solid Automotive Cluster and Aerocluster of Querétaro that have allowed the automotive and aerospace industry to spearhead the Bajío, working alongside Tiers, academia and the government.

But not everything is the implementation of new data centers and clusters specialized in new sectors. The state also shows a strong attraction of creative industries related to design and animation.

It is estimated that each year there are a thousand students in these branches within 20 different careers offered by institutions such as the Autonomous University of Querétaro, the Polytechnic University of Santa Rosa Jáuregui, the Anáhuac University, among others.

Some industries have taken advantage of the participation of animators to generate new content for their platforms, social networks, communication or business meetings, for which, with the establishment of data centers and new clusters, work should be ensured for the creative industries to enroll and stay in state.
