Inmobiliaria Vinte raised 400 million pesos with the placement of the first sustainable bond issued by a company in Latin America, which is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) of the United Nations for Development (UNDP).

The resources obtained from the sale of the debt securities, which were placed for a term of seven years in the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) and at a variable rate of TIIE 28 +250 basis points, will be used to finance projects to develop communities sustainable, that generate an environmental and social benefit in Mexico.
