Centro Urbano/ Solili | April 27, 2021 |

The Institute of the National Housing Fund for Workers (Infonavit) announced the renewal of its social collection policy. This in order to meet the needs of workers; privilege timely contact with people who face difficulties in paying and facilitate payments to be made on time.

As the main change, Infonavit established a continuous monitoring of the status of rights holders; that is, its historical behavior of loans, financial behavior, current analysis of capacity and willingness to pay. This to offer timely solutions according to the needs of each family.

The foregoing also contributes to anticipating economic problems that arise due to changes beyond Infonavit's control; such as the dynamics of the labor market, the technological revolution, natural disasters, among others.

Similarly, the renewed policy of the Institute establishes that collection efforts are made before the workers with non-compliance problems are reduced; as well as the regularization of payments and encourage the payment habit.
