With the approval of the reform to regulate outsourcing or labor subcontracting, it will be guaranteed that workers are registered with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS) with their real salary and not with a lower one than they received, which will ensure that they have a pension. dignity for their retirement and have a heritage for their families, through the timely payment of fees and employer contributions.

According to the Institute of the National Housing Fund for Workers (Infonavit), compliance with employer quotas will allow people to reach the prequalification score to apply for a loan in less time, obtain a greater amount of financing and acquire a house of higher value and better location.

It is expected that 870 thousand people hired under the outsourcing figure will receive a 10 percent increase in their current salary, because - according to IMSS figures - they receive a lower salary than they should receive. In addition, Infonavit could raise up to 2,800 million pesos more per year.
