Infonavit launches "My Ideal Notary" program to help streamline procedures

The Infonavit in favor of helping its users with the documents and procedures to acquire a home has just launched the "My ideal notary" program.

Its objective is to bring those interested in buying a property closer to the nearest notary public and guide them on mortgage loans. If you are a beneficiary of the institute and you buy a house from a private individual or realtor, when you register your credit you will access the program.

In addition, the notary will be able to help manage the property deeds before the Public Property Registry. This will give the right holder the power to demonstrate the rights to a certain property.

If you want to change the notary, it can be done as long as you have not signed the deeds. In the event of purchasing the home through a developer, it will be in charge of supporting the deed process.

Regarding the deed expenses, there are two options: they are deducted from the same credit or they can be paid on their own.
