Infonavit expects contributions to grow by 2.8 million pesos due to outsourcing reform

The reform in terms of outsourcing agreed between the federal government, unions and private initiative will impact the collection of Infonavit. And it is that, with the changes and adjustments in the labor issue, the housing agency anticipates that the employer contributions to the Institute will increase by 2.8 million pesos.

The main change that the reform brings has to do with eradicating wage undervaluation. To date, he pointed out, it is estimated that companies in Mexico, through this practice, avoid contributing 3,865 million pesos to Infonavit.

In this way, by registering workers with the correct salary, employer contributions will increase. But, mainly, they will allow workers to have a better credit profile.

According to the real estate analysis platform Solili, in Mexico City the average sale price of residences is located at 7 million 808 thousand 429 pesos, a decrease of 1.7 percent when compared to the 8 million on average registered towards December of 2020.
