The rebound in electronic commerce and logistics has favored the growth of the industrial market amid the COVID-19 pandemic in Monterrey, Nuevo León.

According to Solili, this growth should maintain its trend this year as large retailers will demand strategic locations and storage for their projects.

At the end of the third quarter of 2020, 12 million 565 thousand square meters of industrial spaces were registered.

With an unemployment rate of 5.6 percent, it is considered a healthy and stable market.
