
At the end of August 2025, industrial vacancy accumulated nearly 10,000 square meters in Guadalajara, a figure that tripled the volume registered in the same month in 2024.

75% of the vacated space was in the Zapopan Norte industrial submarket, while the remaining 25% was vacancy in El Salto, the latter being the corridor that houses the majority of vacant industrial spaces in the Guadalajara market.
Industrial leasing activity in Guadalajara registered nearly 8,000 square meters occupied in August 2025, a figure that remained below the vacant space during the same period.

Guadalajara has 165,000 square meters of industrial space available by the end of August 2025, at an average rental price of $6.65 per square meter.
