Hyatt Regency raises the bar for luxury in Polanco apartments

The Hyatt hotel firm develops for the first time residential properties in Park Hyatt Mexico City, a concept that combines high-luxury hotels, shops, homes and offices.

The buildings will be established in Polanco, the second most expensive neighborhood in Mexico City, but it will seek to stand out from the rest of the proposals, betting on four elements: location, size, services and design.

The Park Hyatt residences will have an unbeatable location in Polanco on the corner of Andrés Bello and Arquímedes streets, which includes panoramic views of the Chapultepec Forest, explains Christophe Lorvo, general manager of Hyatt Regency Mexico.

The polygon in which it is built will allow the construction of two 144-meter high towers. The first is divided between the hotel and the houses, which will be deployed from the 19th to the 30th floor, where the apartments will have an average of 500 square meters, in addition to a penthouse of one thousand square meters.

"The Park Hyatt residences are designed to offer an attractive housing alternative within the luxury real estate market in the Polanco area, for that reason they have these dimensions and characteristics," adds the area vice president.

Therefore, they combined the two elements so that each unit has large terraces with views of the Chapultepec Forest.

The experience allows Hyatt to offer Resort Living, where residents can count on the services of the hotel, which will be located on the first floors of the tower. But, in order to maintain privacy, a separate entrance will be enabled.

Everything will be sheltered by buildings designed by the firm Sordo Madaleno Arquitectos, which has worked with the company since 2014, when the development began to be conceived.

The design defined as modernist and timeless, will allow you to keep up with trends in architecture.

The second tower of Park Hyatt will be for corporate use. On each floor of its 30 floors there will be 945 profitable square meters that will be freely structured, so that companies can configure it according to their needs.

The particular and remarkable element of the property will be the technology that will be used for its operation and to be a creditor of the LEED Gold certification.

Some of its characteristics will be parking spaces for low-emission electric cars, a facade design that helps control solar incidence, a sewage treatment plant, among others.

This is achieved through several factors, among which are the architectural design, construction methods and the use of special technologies to reduce the footprint and environmental impact ”, details Rosalba Rojas, director of marketing and media at the firm.
