As part of the growth of the real estate market in Mexico, this Thursday Hubs Park, a project of Meor, the Real Estate Project Development Fund, inaugurated its facilities.

It is estimated that by the end of 2022 the industrial development sector will represent 11.1% of the gross domestic product (GDP), which provides confidence to increase projects in the main cities and states of the country.

Hubs Park is a Class A industrial park, with the best specifications on the market

which has almost 80 thousand square meters of land and just over 40 thousand of construction, according to Jonathan Pomerantz, CIO and investment director at Meor.

Located 15 minutes from the Otay International Port of Entry, right in the center of a highly populated area that makes it a direct source of employment, it combines high connectivity and added value, said the manager.

He added that Hubs Park is focused on developing properties in five of the most important primary markets in the country, with the best market indicators in terms of absorption, rental growth and vacancy.

“There are at least seven other projects underway for 2022 and 2023 in these markets for an amount of 3.8 billion dollars.”

The company has launched the creation of industrial parks in different parts of the country aimed at the best national and international companies in the manufacturing and logistics sector, all under the signature of Hubs Park, which this 2022 cuts the bar of the first of them in the city of Tijuana, Baja California.

They hope to maintain this pace of work for the next developments in Ciudad de México, Monterrey and Guadalajara, Camarena said.

“Tijuana is the first place and recipient of aerospace, first place in medical services, we are the first place in the electronics and automotive sectors, we have Toyota and several other suppliers, and that speaks of the dynamism that exists in the industrial sector, which only in manufacturing generates 350,000 jobs,” the official mentioned.
