The next projects of Meor, the Real Estate Project Development Fund, under its Hubs Parks brand will be in Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez and Guadalajara, Jonathan Pomerantz, project director of the firm, announced in an interview for Inmobiliare.

“Last year we announced eight developers, the first was Hubs Tijuana and the second Hubs Apodaca, one is finished and another to be considered, respectively. We are about to announce the second in Tijuana with 200,000 m2, in Ciudad Juárez with 8.5 hectares and later in Guadalajara,” the manager reported.

Pomerantz explained that the three buildings are in pre-development in executive projects, that is, they have already acquired the land, to start the construction of very versatile projects to receive manufacturing and logistics companies, mainly.

The areas of the warehouses vary, for example Monterrey offers 18 thousand 500 m2, the finished one in Tijuana is approximately 40 thousand m2 of construction, but the new one in that city will have about 200 thousand m2.

"Even though the sizes are different, the specifications of Meor's Park Hubs are the same, they are all built using the same method as the 32-foot tall ones."

In terms of sustainable practices, he commented that Hubs Pak Tijuana was the first to obtain the LEED Certification but in operation, and that from this project all will have the same distinctiveness.

At the same time, they work to implement the ESG Criteria (Environmental, Social and Governance) and thus support the places where they are reaching with their brand. “In Ciudad Juárez we will announce some measures to improve the neighborhood.”

Pomerantz mentioned that even though they are working on their Hubs Park, they are still developing Build To Suit (BTS) ships.

"In part 'tailored suit' projects we are still pursuing a part of opportunities, we are in the process of bidding for a property in the west of the country, we also have three or four other projects," he concluded.
