
With an investment of three million dollars, Honeywell announced the expansion of its operations in Nuevo León, where it will generate 250 jobs.
The resources were allocated to the expansion of the Monterrey Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence, a city that it considers one of its main logistics nodes in the northeastern region of Mexico.
The expansion of this development consists of more than one thousand square meters, in which 56% of collaborators have been added in recent years to now have more than 400 professionals.

"We celebrate the positive impact of these investments, as they offer job options to our population, and we are proud that companies like Honeywell consider our state as one of their logistics nodes," said Iván Rivas, State Secretary of Economy.
The expanding business center was inaugurated in 2003, with the initial goal of comprehensively operating the life cycle of the value chain for Honeywell's Aerospace business.

Today, this headquarters performs strategic planning functions; of operation of production and supply planning for the company globally.
Since 2019, the US firm has invested more than 60 million dollars with suppliers in the state.
Nationwide, it has more than 12,000 employees and 11 manufacturing plants, two high-engineering development centers, testing laboratories for security solutions and smart buildings, and the largest aerospace mechanical plant in Latin America.
