Guanajuato ranked among the best-performing industrial markets during the April-May 2026 period, registering an addition of nearly 45,000 square meters of new industrial space and positioning itself as the third market with the highest annual growth in rental prices.

The industrial sector in Mexico showed moderate growth during this period. Although demand maintained a positive trend and vacancy rates remained stable compared to the previous year, the construction of new spaces reflected a more cautious pace.
In this context, Guanajuato stood out as one of the markets maintaining significant activity within the national industrial inventory.
