
The corporate office market in Guadalajara showed solid demand for office space, reaching 13.5 thousand square meters during Q2 2025.
This figure represents a 7% increase compared to the same period in 2024, positioning the city as the second most in-demand market nationwide, behind only Mexico City.

The Nueva Zona Financiera submarket led office leasing with 35%, followed by the Vallarta-Américas corridor with 27% and Puerta de Hierro with 20% of total occupancies recorded during the period.
Office rental prices in Guadalajara continue to rise, with the market reporting an average price of $18.98 per square meter per month at the end of June.
