Grupo Sordo Madaleno, a shopping center developer, will debut on the Institutional Stock Exchange (Biva) with its real estate investment trust (Fibra), with which it seeks to obtain around 6,385 million pesos.

It set the range of sale price for its real estate trust certificates (CBFI), between 48 and 52 pesos, expecting to place 127.7 million securities among the investing public, according to the public offering notice.
