Lintel Group presents its new San Marcos Valley industrial park

With a figure that reached 1,700 million pesos, the state of Aguascalientes is preparing to receive the new San Marcos Valley industrial park, a project that is being developed by the Mexican company Lintel that promises to transform the economic panorama of the state.

The industrial project covers 140 hectares and will focus on key industries such as automotive, technology, innovation, health, logistics and storage. According to Adrián Lugo, general director of Grupo Lintel, the project reflects the confidence that investors have in the dynamism of the region.

It is estimated that the San Marcos Valley Industrial Park will be located south of the capital and will be generating 750 direct and indirect jobs, and will be able to begin operations at the beginning of 2026, consolidating itself as a development engine for the entire industrial sector.

The state of Aguascalientes recorded an economic growth of 6.2% in 2024, far exceeding the national average. This progress is part of a comprehensive investment attraction strategy that prioritizes security, the use of clean energy and the development of local talent.
