Grupo TreDec trusts in the development of the northern zone of the Monterrey, metropolitan area, and continues with the construction of the Diamante III Industrial Park.

They are currently advancing with their first two buildings called "Building 6" which has an area of 23,290 m2 and "Building 7" with a respective area of 31,651 m2, located at kilometer 29 of the Monterrey-Nuevo Laredo highway in the municipality of Ciénega de Flores, N. L.

The area has the greatest future growth projection, since it has a direct exit to the US border via the Monterrey-Nuevo Laredo highway. Additionally, the park has quick access to the peripheral ring to connect immediately to the central area of the country and over its 50,000 m2 it meets the highest design and quality standards, likewise exceeds national and international regulations, said a manager of the real estate group.

Among the main features offered by the Park is roof insulation for greater energy efficiency, pre-cast concrete walls, 2 forklift ramps and up to 20 loading platforms, as well as natural lighting. It also has infrastructure that provides the feasibility of water, electricity, natural gas and telecommunications services.

Grupo Tredec reported that it will continue to invest in the northern area of Monterrey in Ciénega de Flores, in addition to the Pesquería Industrial Park, which has integrated infrastructure for the development of industrial projects in an area of 15 hectares, as well as in the Diamante II Industrial Park, located on the Monterrey-Nuevo Laredo highway at km. 34.5, in that same place in 2020 an expansion project was completed for an international company that gives a total of more than 30 thousand m2 of construction.

The Group has more than 25 hectares in the same park with infrastructure developed for industrial buildings, which will bring greater economic growth and job creation in Nuevo León.
