
Golden Logistics, a transportation company, carried out the laying of the first stone of its new industrial warehouse in the city of Torreón, Coahuila; They will invest 100 million pesos (mp), in an extension of 90 thousand square meters and an additional two thousand square meters for the installation of cisterns against fires, roads and common patios.
Claudio Meléndez, general director of the company, indicated that the facilities will generate 1,200 new jobs and thanked the authorities for providing them with all the facilities to carry out the project, which will give certainty to its 19 business partners.

Before the arrival of these new investments, Miguel Ángel Riquelme Solís, governor, mentioned that due to this type of capital, Coahuila and the Comarca Lagunera are ready to face new challenges.
According to Claudio Meléndez, they are contemplating a second stage in which they will invest 125 million pesos, since they will expand their complex by 22 additional hectares.
Which will have wide roads, preparation of toilets, electrical installations, four thousand green areas and a new industrial warehouse of 10 thousand square meters.

The director indicated that since its installation in La Laguna, in 1998, they have made capital investments for an amount of 700 million pesos in Coahuila.
