The government of Mexico City reported that it will charge a construction fee to those real estate developers who wish to build additional floors.

This, after the Congress of the capital endorsed Vallejo's partial urban development plan that contemplates various adjustments to the use of land in the area to favor the construction of housing and industrial spaces.

The president of the capital highlighted that these resources will be destined for the improvement of the recreational areas of this corridor.

The partial urban development project will make Vallejo a point for the city's recovery from the economic crisis caused by the health emergency caused by COVID-19 and includes the generation of accessible housing.
