The first Investment and Real Estate Trust (Fibra) Uno, FUNO, reported that it carried out the acquisition of 18 properties of Grupo Gayosso for a total of 2,192.0 million pesos under a sale and lease back structure.

It is a portfolio that includes premium locations mainly in Mexico City and that, due to the nature of the business, means a constant and growing cash flow; in addition to a very attractive gross return of 14% and a net return of 12.3%.
