In order to boost talent training, foster innovative technology, and promote sustainable energy development for the manufacturing industry, the Foxconn Group and the Chihuahua government entered into a partnership.

In this sense, the group intends to take advantage of nearshoring opportunities in Chihuahua, for which it has invested more than 500 million dollars (mdd) in the entity.

This to focus on optimizing supply chains, improving infrastructure and fostering an environment conducive to growth and innovation.

In terms of energy development, together with the state government, the group of Taiwanese origin seeks to improve efficiency, explore renewable sources and support sustainable solutions.

With the investment of the group, more jobs will be generated in the state, in addition, others of high value will be created, key to the strengthening of the labor force and the economic growth of Chihuahua.
