The registration period for the Tu Casa te Espera program of the ISSSTE Housing Fund (Fovissste) began, which was created to recognize the work carried out by workers in the federal health sector in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Fovissste will assign up to 1,250 credits for the construction of housing on its own land, in accordance with the corresponding folio number that is granted at the time of registration in the scheme.

In addition, the Fund indicated that the amount of the authorized credit will be released in four ministrations.

The first will be 35%, the second 20%, the third 30% and the last 15%. This will depend on the progress of the physical-financial program and the work budget presented and authorized.

The house must be built, finished and delivered in habitable conditions within a period not exceeding one year, from the delivery of the dispersion of the prime minister. And, if they do not have their own land, the borrower may have up to 35% of the financing for the acquisition of land; and the remaining 65% for the construction of the house.
