FINSA increases its technological structure in Nuevo León

FINSA, a firm of Monterrey origin, a leader in the development of industrial parks, reported that Vertiv, a US capital company dedicated to the manufacture of data storage technology (known as data warehouse in English), will create its largest operations center and sophisticated in Latin America, within the Santa Catarina park, which adds to the 4,200 foreign capital companies that are located in Nuevo León, to carry out their projects.

“FINSA once again becomes a part of global technological development by welcoming renowned companies to its state-of-the-art facilities. With the arrival of Vertiv, we are once again a point of construction for the future, not only on a national scale but also on a continental scale”, assured Sergio Argüelles, president and CEO of FINSA.

With 45 years of experience, FINSA has more than 3.1 million square meters under lease and administration, and has built more than 11.8 million square meters of industrial areas distributed in 24 parks in the country and more than 70, together with those of the territory.
