Also, the building has a Core And Shell LEED certification and the advantage of this project is that it has a world-class infrastructure, since it can be configured according to the needs of the tenants. The building is designed so that its storm discharges are directed to a catchment vessel within the park and from there it is discharged directly to the municipal storm drain.
In the same way, and to support the respectful use of resources, sanitary equipment was installed inside the offices to avoid greater water consumption, which is estimated to be up to 3 times higher with conventional sanitary devices.
