Fibra Upsite closed 2023 with a 75% increase in rental income

Fibra Upsite (UPSITE), a real estate investment trust focused on industrial coworking spaces, announced that for the fourth quarter of 2023 (4Q23), it generated rental income of 65 million 135 thousand 759 pesos, which is equivalent to an increase of 75.6% compared to the same quarter but in 2022.

This growth was reflected to a greater extent in the accumulated income for the year 2023, which reached the figure of 200 million 435 thousand 044 pesos, this figure representing an increase of 69.7%.

The net operating income (ION) for the last quarter of 2023 reached a figure of 55 million 505 thousand 969 pesos, marking an 86.6% increase, while the annual performance for this indicator was 167 million 205 thousand 543 pesos, also having an increase of 74.5% compared to 4Q22.

These growths provide direct benefits for Mexico, in the most dynamic industrial markets in the country (Monterrey, Saltillo, Tijuana, Ciudad Juárez, the metropolitan area of CDMX, Querétaro and Guanajuato.) and this trend is expected to continue in the medium term, words of the director general and president of the Fibra upsite technical committee Rodolfo Balmaceda.

As of the end of 4Q23, the occupancy of Fibra Upsite's portfolio is 100%, giving an average lease contract maturity profile of seven years, positioning it as one of the most attractive in the sector in Mexico.
