Fibra Prologis issued its first green bond for 375 million dollars
Fibra Prologis became the first Infrastructure and Real Estate Trust to issue a Green Bond on the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), with a value of 375 million dollars.
It was carried out through the key FIBRAPL 20DV with a term of 12 years with a rate referenced to Treasury bonds, the BMV reported.
