FIBRA Prologis FIBRAPL) announced the acquisition of two properties from third parties, for 797 thousand 786 square feet of industrial space for a total amount of 54.4 million dollars, including closing costs and capital improvements.

Through the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) it was reported that the two stabilized and newly developed properties by Prologis are located one in Monterrey, which has Leed Silver certification, and the other in Ciudad Juárez, which has Leed Gold certification.
