The mixed-use projects Espacio Condesa, in Mexico City, and Héredit Acueducto, in Jalisco, register significant progress in their construction, they are expected to be completed in 2H21 and 1H21, respectively, as reported by Fibra Plus in its 4Q2020 report.

The work progress of the commercial component of Espacio Condesa exceeded 70% and practically 79% of its GLA was leased, that is, 67% had already been signed and an additional 12% was in the process of signing.

Fibra Plus reported that at the end of 2020 its project portfolio consisted of 16 projects, totaling a GLA of 280,339 m2. Of the total of this, 6 were in development (102 thousand 468 m2), 4 in the planning and / or search for financing stage (57 thousand 098 m2), 4 in operation (105 thousand 063 m2) and 2 in stabilization (15 thousand 710 m2).
