Fibra MTY leads issuance of real estate financing capital in BMV

The Real Estate Investment Trust (fibras) market in Mexico is relatively young and continues to develop. Under this line, Fibra Mty announced its fifth subsequent offer within the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) with which it became the company with the most capital issuances within the capital emporium.

“We are very happy to accompany Fibra Mty in this successful broadcast. Without a doubt, a success story that stands out. And, it proves that the capital market represents a real source of financing available for companies in Mexico”, announced José-Oriol Bosch, general director of BMV.

This fact stands out among the participation of more than 4,000 investors who place and create equity within BMV. Because, there was no company with frequent participation for eight years.

During the year, Fibra Muy placed close to 13,000 million pesos in emissions destined for expansions. Now, in continuation of the work, and for the first time in Mexico, more than 2.5 million account holders obtained the opportunity to participate in the new proposal.

In this sense, the most recent Subsequent Global Public Offering was for 3,450 million pesos. For what is considered one of the highest since its debut, and will be used for its growth plans and expansion of the real estate portfolio.

Consequently, Fibra Mty contemplates la diversification of nine markets in the cities of  Chihuahua, Ciudad Juárez y Monterrey. As well as Saltillo, San Luis Potosí, Guadalajara, Querétaro, Irapuato and Ciudad de México.
