Fibra MTY has completed the acquisition of the two remaining industrial warehouses in the "Batach" portfolio in Nuevo Leon, for $73.4 million.

This transaction closes the entire purchase of the package, which includes eight properties totaling approximately 186,000 square meters of Gross Leasable Area (GLA).
