Fibra Mty is in the process of obtaining authorization from the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV) to launch a second public tender and exchange offer for the real estate investment trust certificates (CBFIs) of Fibra Macquarie México that it does not yet own.

The proposal entails exchanging 3.20 Fibra Mty CBFIs for each Fibra Macquarie certificate or paying a cash option of 44 pesos per unit, the trust informed investors via the Mexican Stock Exchange.

According to the announced indicative terms, Fibra Mty would offer an exchange ratio of 3.20 of its own certificates for each Fibra Macquarie CBFI. Holders could also choose a cash payment equivalent to 44 pesos per Fibra Macquarie certificate or a combination of both alternatives.
