The total income of the company amounted to 296.4 million pesos; 30.3% above the same quarter of the previous year. This amount includes 1.9 million pesos of maintenance income from the Providencia portfolio, obtained in reimbursement.

Net operating income of Fibra MTY was 268.6 million pesos, 34.2 percent higher than that obtained in the first quarter of 2018. And the operating flow was 180.1 million pesos, 4.3% higher than the first quarter of the previous year.
