It is a seven-story building with three basements that required an investment of 94.5 million pesos and was designed under an open, collaborative and specific concept for a hybrid work format, in which employees will spend three days in the office , two at home office and two at rest.

"Was necessary. We had the other corporate office since 1996, the offices were already obsolete in terms of optimization of space, freedom of people, interaction between them and with the environment. We needed offices that would promote people's well-being and that would make us join the natural evolution”, details Paolo Cornero, president and CEO of Ferrero Mexico.

This new building, which is located more than 3 kilometers from the previous one, has ergonomic furniture, creativity rooms, recreation rooms, terraces, interactive meeting rooms, and dining rooms. The design is inspired by the colors of Mexican culture and the branding of the group's brands: Ferrero Rocher, Kinder Delice, Kinder Chocolate, Kinder Sorpresa, Nutella.
