The capital of Jalisco has established itself in recent years as one of the country's main investment hubs thanks to its strategic location, connectivity, specialized talent, and growing business activity. These factors have strengthened its appeal to national and international companies seeking to expand their presence in Mexico.

In this context, various economic sectors are preparing to take advantage of the exposure the tournament will bring. Among them, the real estate market stands out, registering greater availability of industrial spaces for companies interested in establishing or expanding operations in the region.

Currently, the market offers a wide variety of spaces for different types of projects, providing flexibility for investors and companies evaluating new growth opportunities in western Mexico. In this context, Guadalajara has approximately 327,000 square meters available for new operations, reinforcing its capacity to attract investment. Furthermore, between April and May 2016, the city accounted for 13% of national industrial demand, reflecting the continued interest among companies seeking to establish operations or expand their presence in the country.

Of interest: Industrial investments in Guanajuato totaled 160,000 m² in the January-April period.

The international exposure brought by the World Cup, along with the arrival of tourists, companies, and new projects, could translate into greater investment opportunities for various economic sectors.
