Kimball Electronics inaugurated its second operations plant in Reynosa, Tamaulipas. 

This company is dedicated to global multifaceted manufacturing, recognized for its reputation for excellence and this year also celebrates 50 years of having arrived in this border city.

Currently, the plant has an area of 227,000 square feet, of which 147,000 are dedicated to manufacturing. With the expansion, 240,000 square feet were added to the presence in this city.

Kimball Electronics provides comprehensive engineering, design and manufacturing solutions, including electronics contract manufacturing, diversified contract manufacturing, automation, test and measurement services for customers in the public safety, industrial, medical and automotive end markets.

The CEO, Don Charron, and the administrative staff were present today in Reynosa to celebrate the grand opening. The project, which began 359 days ago, represents an investment of more than 46 million dollars and has generated more than 400 new jobs.

Additionally, Don Charron shared that the continued success of the companies is primarily a result of the team they have in Reynosa. In his words, “our people are Kimball Electronics”.
