New housing accounted for 51.3% of the supply in Hidalgo and 75.8% in Tamaulipas, whereas in Mexico City, this segment represented 26.9%. In Morelos, properties aged 20 to 50 years made up 22% of the supply, compared to 6.3% in Hidalgo.
