The founding partners of the organization are: Ascenty, DCD, Equinix, Layer9 Data Center, Odata, Scala Data Centers and KIO.

During the presentation, the governor of Guanajuato, Diego Sinhue Rodríguez, stressed that data center companies require infrastructure and trained human capital, something that has been worked on in Bajío.

"Just as Querétaro, Aguascalientes and San Luis Potosí are doing their homework, we are also creating state energy agencies and not only that, we are looking to close hydrogen projects that allow us to guarantee green energy in the future," he said.

Under the ideology of changing the course of manufacturing towards the "mindfacture", Guanajuato has sought to detonate the technology and information industry in recent years.

Currently, Layer 9 Data Center is already present, an American company with more than 50 years of experience, which has an investment of 800 million dollars in the entity and will generate 2,500 jobs planning to be the largest center in Mexico and Latin America.

Another of the strategic areas for the installation of these projects is Querétaro, whose Secretary of Sustainable Development, Marco Antonio del Prette, shared that it has 18 projects in the portfolio to be installed.
