The Austrian firm Gebauer & Griller, specialized in energy and data transmission for the automotive industry, announced through its directors the expansion of its plant in the municipality of San Juan del Río, Querétaro.

This initiative, aimed at the production of cables for light vehicles and high-voltage cable harnesses for electric cars, has sparked great interest in the market.

Holger Fastabend, CSO of the company, and Nicolaus Grillero, owner and shareholder, revealed that this expansion will contribute to the generation of 300 additional jobs, reinforcing their commitment to the local community and the economic growth of the region.

Gebauer & Griller, globally recognized for its outstanding production of cables, wires and cable harnesses for the automotive industry and special industrial applications, established its presence in San Juan del Río in 2013. Since then, it has demonstrated a continuous commitment to the innovation and excellence in the field of electric mobility and decarbonization.

During their meeting with Governor Mauricio Kuri González, the directors presented their future plans, highlighting the company's ability to offer energy transmission solutions and technological advances that drive the automotive market.
