
The leading manufacturer of aerial work platforms Lingong Heavy Machinery Co, Ltd (LGMG), inaugurated a new plant located in the Roots Industrial Technologies park, in the municipality of Marín, Nuevo León, with an initial investment of 140 million dollars.
The Mexican ambassador to China, Jesús Seade Kuri, commented that the company sought to be present in the North American market, and in turn he wanted them to see Mexico as an opportunity to have a manufacturing center.

"In less than 14 months we have the start of operations of such an important investment, because the company moved its distribution center from Pennsylvania to Texas, and invested 140 million dollars in the first stage to come to Mexico, with a dozen suppliers and components, quadrupling this investment," said the ambassador remotely, on the occasion of the inauguration of the plant.
He added that it makes a lot of sense to install its plant in Nuevo León, to ensure its sales, "everything makes this operation more profitable," by having this platform close to large markets, taking advantage of logistics networks and qualified labor.

Authorities from Lingong Heavy Machinery Co, Ltd (LGMG), led by its president Yu Mengsheng, and authorities from Nuevo León participated in the event.
