This increase in inventory is due to the completion of more than 30 industrial buildings during the last year, which in turn has significantly expanded the available supply in the market.

Currently, Queretaro maintains one of the highest industrial vacancy rates in the country at 6%, totaling 520,000 square meters of available space.
